Bus transportation is furnished for those students living more than one mile from school. Students taking advantage of this service are asked to cooperate with the bus driver at all times. Students must conduct themselves in a manner that promotes safety and follow rules of the transportation department whether riding the bus to and from their homes or school-sponsored activities. A student must provide a written request, signed by a parent/guardian, to the Assistant Principal of Discipline to ride a bus other than his or her own. This notice must be given to the Assistant Principal of Discipline one (1) day in advance of riding another bus or getting off at another stop other than your own. There will be no last day/last minute passes issued. Bus drivers have been instructed to refuse transportation to anyone other than normal riders if they do not present a bus pass signed by an administrator.
Click the bus for routes.
To meet dress code requirements, the students must present themselves in the approved, regulation uniform coordinates or their exact equivalents. All uniforms must be worn in the manner displayed by the manufacturer. Incoming sixth graders and all students new to Broadmoor will have ten (10) school days to comply with the Dress Code and Uniform Policy. Loaner uniforms may be available during that time.

No student shall use or operate any electronic telecommunication device including any facsimile system, radio paging service, mobile telephone service, cellular phone, intercom, or electro-mechanical paging system on any school bus unless the device is maintained in the silent mode; if a student’s use of a cellphone is disruptive, the bus operator may require that the student(s) refrain from using the cellphone.
Nothing in this policy shall prohibit the use or operation of any electronic telecommunication device by any person, including students, in the event of an emergency.
